When do you start registration for each school year?
Please contact us about registration any time of year. Fall & Summer registration for current families starts January 1st of each year. Registration opens up to new families on February 1st of each year.
How do I register?
- Contact us via email (email@example.com) or phone (612-827-4369) to schedule a tour.
- Complete and turn in the following registration paperwork and registration fee:
- Registration and Emergency Form*
- Contract for Services Form*
- Parental Agreement Form*
- Health Care Summary Form (signed by Physician)
- Current Immunization Records
- $75 registration fee (payable to "MACC")*
* Required at registration (to secure child’s spot). Health Care Summary and Immunization Records may be turned in any time prior to child’s start date.
